Come on Feel the Noise Marines - WIP 1

Start of my first (well actually my second I think) Noise marine squad. Blood Angel Sanguinary Guard bodies, heads and pads from Kromlech and weapons from a guy in France, if I remember correctly. I have some more arms to make a second squad too! I'll be adding the plastic GW Noise Marine to this squad as the leader to make it up to the necessary 6...

Slaaneshi Subjugator WIP 1

The second Slaaneshi Titan that I've started. I'm planning to build the pair in tandem, but the main body for each requires some fitting work so I've got to do that before constructing the legs. Stl for this is from evanogainen on Thingiverse.

Goblin Gunz WIP 1

Another historic build - had these ages in my pile-o-shame. They come from Miniature Scenery in Australia, and are a fun, if not involved build. You can build each gun with a cannon or magnetic gun which is obviously very cool when using them as Mek Gunz. I'm planning to permanently mount the weapons, and then build other carriages for the spares - uses up more bits from the pile-o-shame.

Kustom Kanz WIP 3

This is the Kan from yesterday, with the body printed at the right size - sadly already had a set of oversized legs made, so used them and some spare feet - crazy look but very Orky I think.

Deff Dread WIP 1

Talking of 3d printing Kanz as we did yesterday - here's what heppens when you get crappy stl files - the tops of the exhausts fail to print, and the item comes out much bigger than it should do. So much so in fact, that you have to convert it into a Dreff Dread - arms to follow.

The second Kan, is currently at this state, and the remainder are even less far advanced. I'm now saving time by 3d printing bits where I can.

When I started this project, to make several scratchbuilt Killa Kanz, I had planned to build everything except the weapons myself. Since the project had stalled, I bought some extra bits online to help out and more recently ploughed on - here is the first one I completed, prior to paint.

Fallen Kan WIP

This was one of the first things I ever 3d printed, but the print failed, and a whole horizontal section failed to print. now with a bit more time, I filled in the missing bit with some heading-past-its-best greenstuff, and then added some details.

Next step, find things to fill the rest of the base and paint!

Bowelburna - WIP 1

Bought this resin kit some years back (forget who from), found it in the loft recently, so threw it together, and added some details so hide some gaps that broke immersion (don't look too closely that the front wheels can't turn!

Aeronautica 1- Orks

Haven't updated here for a while, there are a few reasons. With the cancellation of Adepticon, our 2 weeks dream holiday, and the loss of most of the cost for that - holiday insurance doesn't pay out for COVID-19 apparently, I lost the muse totally. Anyway with working from home, I've grabbed a few extra minutes to assemble things, but haven't put a brush in paint for months- oh and then I got C-19 myself...what a sack of ordure!

Anyway, here's some Ork AI stuff I built a while back, and was able to photograph outside today, while my asthma was taking a break.
