This is just something new that I'm adding to the blog, pieces of my lead pile that have reached the primer stage. They cover all of the genres of models that I work on, and will be mixed in amongst the regular updates, and will hopefully motivate me to get some of these to the completed stage to share on here.
First off are some of the first models I owned, these are a mix of Grenadier and Prince August. I'm currently repainting and repairing these to use with Pathfinder.
Dwarf fighter, 'Female fighter', Knight of some sort
Half-elf, Elf, Werewolf
Ogre, originally owned by my childhood friend, and in fact the first 28mm scale model I saw.

Capricorn pattern Chimera WIP #1
Another old kit that's finally getting worked on. A Capricorn conversion for the Chimera, fittered with a rear door I think I got from somewhere else. Turret hasn't been completed yet as I'm trying to decide which gun to give it, one of the GW ones, or the more generic cannon that comes with the kit.

SoB Harbinger
I think I've already posted a WIP of this chap from the Shadows of Brimstone game, well now he has wings which have been greenstuffed onto his body (the joins were nasty big).

Frost Giants
My Bones 3 package arrived the other week, and I'm very happy with what I got. Lots of stuff for Pathfinder or DnD, as well as 3 large artillery pieces for 40k (the ones designed by Victoria Lamb's sculptor).
Of the former, here are 4 Frost giants, a king, a queen and 2 retainers. They do all have their own bases (except the queen who has a Bonesium one with a locating pattern), a style I'd never seen before - straight sided plastic disks, like a poker chip.
They went together pretty well, but did need some GS work on the joins - the king's cloak being the worst here. The queen doesn't quite sit straight on her base too, so I need to look into that. Obviously I do still need to do some bending in boiling water, but I expect that from this material.

Demolisher type chassis #2
I've had a Punisher and Demolisher turret sharing one chassis for ages. I do have another 2 chassis, and 1 plasma turret, so I thought I'd make some progress with this - here's the second chassis under the Punisher turret.

Giant Warp Beast
I finish this guy a while back, but never should him on here. He's something I picked up when I was living in Canada, but could never bring myself to complete the kit because it's frankly awful. I won't mention where I got it from as they never sent my last order, but suffice to say it's a horrid model and took tonne of greenstuff work to make it fit together, and then stand up.
Anyway, it's done now, and I will have nightmares about building it no longer. It'll work as a giant spawn, or some uber warp beast for my DE.

Cthulhu calling....
I've had this chap a little while, but finally got him to the point where I want to show him on the blog. Just primed for now, but it's a Reaper model, and for scale, that's a CD that he's standing on!

Blood Pact Thunderer #1 and #2
Well it turns out I wasn't finished, people kindly pointed out it needed rivets, so I've added them. I also noticed I missed out the yellow on the bridge plate, so that's done too. Oh and I finished building #2 and threw some paint on it!

In Primer 3: Minatures of the North
These are some figures sculpted by 'Icesword' of Minaitures of the North, which are available from Anvil Industry. Co-incidentally, he used to do work for Trollforged.
These are Aether pirates, and I think I also have the Captain figure somewhere. The bald figure seems to not be on the website anymore though, which is a shame.
