For those with long memories, you might recall I assembled these about 4 years ago! Well they finally have some paint on them, so maybe in another 4 years I'll have them based with crew.

This figure came from the original Colony 87 Kickstarter, and whilst I started him towards the end of 2015, I didn't finish him until late in 2017. Pics are a bit over exposed - I'll reshoot when I have some of the other excellent sculpts painted.

Eldar Revenant Titan and Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Nothing quite says festive yuletide cheer like a titan I think!

I bought this second-hand when I was back in Canada, and while it had been painted competently it hadn't ever been finished. Given that it had also suffered damage on the way home, I decided I wanted it to be fixed and on display in my cabinet. I therefore asked Alex from my local gaming group to undertake the work as a commission, since he's one of the best painters I know, and also a very capable converter and detailer.

This is what he returned to me when he was done - I'm very happy with the result and very much look forward to getting it on the table for a game of Apocalypse some time.

27/12/16 Edit: Just wanted to add the photos Alex took of this before he passed it back to me as he captures some of the nice details he added/painted.

Starwars - Female Protocol Droid

This is just Bombshell Miniatures' M4R1A Bot re-purposed for our SW RPG games. While the sculpt is obviously inspired by the film Metropolis, I didn't want to stick with the gold finish from that, as that would be too much like C-3PO, and hence fell back on a silver paint scheme.

Starwars - Female Gank Bounty Hunter

This was a piece I put together for our Starwars RPG game, she's called Gelka and is an NPC who is related to one party member. The head is from Hasslefree, and the body is from CP Models.

Gutrippa

This has been finished for a few years, but I don't think I'd ever managed to photo graph the completed article, so here it is. It's a toy tank with lots of plasticard work, a turret from a Battlewagon and klaws built from other Ork pieces.

Starwars - Wampas

I posted up a WIP of the first of these a while back, well here are the two finished items.

Sons of Horus Land Raider

Not quite complete as I haven't put the decals on the doors yet, but this is a regular  Land Raider with the Chapterhouse upgrade kit, Forgeworld commander, Imperial Guard Lascannons and quite a bit of plasticard work to hide away some aspects I didn't like.

'Arf Trakk

I've had some time off this last week, so I've been able to complete a couple of projects, and take photos of things that I haven't had time to, over the last few months.

This is CNC Workshop's 'Arf Track kit, which is pretty easy to build and had lots of detail pieces to help customise the finish.
