I don't really know what this is, it's online as an Iron Grenadiers Stinger APC - which I'm pretty sure is something GI Joe/Action Force. At least it looks a bit like the Cobra Stinger I has as a child. It's scaled ok for 28mm, a touch small, but will do for carrying my Arbites - I'm planning to print another and add the turret from the Scarab.
