Something I have wanted to obtain for a long time, a Soviet Tu-28P Fiddler long range fighter. I'll be taking this up to our annual Cold War Commanders game, although I doubt it will see use.

Soviet An-71 "Madcap"

Another Toko kit, supplied with Ukrainian decals (I think Toko was a Ukrainian company), but switched over to Soviet ones. Again this was a model I completed probably a decade ago, but which I just rebased and touched in for use with Cold War Commander.

Soviet An-24 "Coke"

This was built from a Toko kit years ago, but I just rebased it, and added a weathered patina to the paint scheme. The colours are fictitious, but I think look ok for a 1980s Soviet transport.

I've been wrapping up my 1/300 modern Finnish forces for our annual Cold War Commanders big game, so here are the first of the aircraft I did. I've packed all the tanks away, now since the game has been and gone, but I take photos when I unpack them next.

1/300 Coldwar Commander Bulgarians

Following on from the Landjut Campaign photos, here are some shots of my Bulgarians. This is meant to be an Independent Tank Brigade from the mid to late 1980s. This means there are 3 Tank Battalions, and one Mechanized Battalion with supports, and I've tried to photograph these best as I can - they are very small! Some of the models are straight from Heroics and Ros or Scotia, but a few I've had to convert myself.

Coldwar Commander at Slimbridge

A few weeks back I took my 1/300 (6mm) Coldwar Polish down to Slimbridge for the first game of the campaign Richard over at Coldwar Commanders (http://coldwarcommanders.blogspot.co.uk/) has organised. Set in 1989, this is the LANDJUT campaign covering the hypothetical invasion of Denmark by Soviet and Warsaw Pact Allies.

These are some of my photos of the event, and some of my tanks - it was a chance to get them out and be able to photograph them!
